STRUTTURA IN LEGNO | L’involucro a forma di fuso di SEED è realizzato completamente in legno lamellare, un prodotto innovativo, realizzato su scala industriale attraverso un procedimento tecnologico di incollaggio a pressione del legno naturale che riduce i difetti propri del legno massiccio. Diversi sono i pregi, oltre alle eccezionali caratteristiche di ecosostenibilità, economicità e bellezza del prodotto, ha un elevato rapporto tra resistenza meccanica e peso. Inoltre, le strutture in legno lamellare hanno un ottima resistenza al fuoco, infatti, la combustione avviene lentamente grazie al buon isolamento termico realizzato dallo strato superficiale carbonizzato.
WOODEN STRUCTURE | The SEED spindle-shaped casing is entirely made of laminated wood, an innovative product, produced on an industrial scale using a technological process where natural wood is pressure bonded, reducing the defects typical of solid wood. In addition to the exceptional sustainability, affordability and aesthetic characteristics of the product, there are several advantages such as a high ratio of mechanical resistance to weight. Furthermore, the laminated wood structures have an excellent fire resistance, in fact, combustion occurs slowly due to the good thermal insulation given by the carbon surface layer.
PANNELLI FOTOVOLTAICI | Sulla copertura in legno della SEED trovano collocazione ben 25Mq di pannelli fotovoltaici in silicio amorfo in grado di generare 3 kWp utilizzabili per il fabbisogno interno dell’unità abitativa. Questo tipo di pannelli si differenziano da quelli tradizionali per il basso consumo di energia necessaria per produrli, rendendoli di fatto i più ecologici. Inoltre, da un punto di vista estetico, possono essere curvati e adattarsi quasi ad ogni tipo di copertura.
PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS | 25 sqm of amorphous photovoltaic panels capable of generating 3 kWp are installed on the wooden roof of the SEED and are used for the internal needs of the residential unit. This type of panels differs from the conventional ones due to the low energy consumption required for their production, making them in fact the most environmentally friendly. Moreover, from an aesthetic point of view, they can be curved to fit almost any type of roofing.
CLIMATIZZAZIONE | Il sistema integrato di climatizzazione della SEED permette una microventilazione filtrata nell’unità abitativa con griglie di aerazione a soffitto e pavimento. L’impianto a scomparsa con controllo automatico della temperatura, garantisce consumi energetici molto bassi e manutenzione quasi nulla.
AIR CONDITIONING | The SEED integrated air conditioning system allows a filtered micro-ventilation in the residential unit with ceiling and floor air grilles. The retractable system with automatic temperature control ensures very low energy consumption and hardly any maintenance.
PAVIMENTO IN TEAK | Nella SEED il pavimento è realizzato completamente in caldo e pregiato teak per resistere perfettamente alle escursioni termiche, all’umidità, all’attacco della salsedine e degli agenti atmosferici. Come il ponte di uno yacht le doghe sono di dimensioni tali da ridurre le fughe ed avere il maggiore impatto estetico.
TEAK FLOOR | The flooring of the SEED is made entirely of high-quality teak to withstand temperature variations, humidity, saltiness and the attacks of atmospheric agents. Like yacht decks, the size of the slats is sufficient to reduce leakages while having the greatest visual impact.
INFISSI IN ALLUMINIO | Grazie alle ampie vetrate della SEED è possibile godere di affascinati viste sui boschi. Gli eleganti serramenti scorrevoli sono in alluminio anodizzato verniciato a taglio termico con doppio vetro così da ottenere un ottima tenuta all’aria, all’acqua e al vento con alte performance di isolamento termico e acustico.
ALUMINIUM FRAMES | Thanks to SEED large windows you can enjoy fascinating views over the woods. The stylish sliding doors are made of anodized aluminium coated with thermal double glazing so as to obtain good sealing regarding air, water and wind with high thermal and acoustic insulation performances.
BAGNO IN CORIAN | Il bagno della SEED dalle forme morbide ed eleganti è realizzato con rubinetterie e sanitari di alta qualità e con lavabo e piano sagomato in solid surface DuPont™ Corian®. Un materiale riciclabile composito formato da 2/3 di idrossido di alluminio e 1/3 di resina acrilica, che lo rende molto resistente agli urti e inattaccabile da muffe e batteri.
CORIAN BATHROOM | The SEED bathroom with its soft and elegant fittings is built using high quality taps, faucets and fixtures with DuPont™ Corian® solid surface thermoformed top. A recyclable composite material made of 2/3 alumina trihydate and 1/3 acrylic polymer, making it extremely resistant to impact as well as mould and bacteria.

(4) Sound system – Bring your favorite soundtracks, drawing freely from your preferred sound sources. (5) Create an atmosphere – To recreate with a single touch the perfect lighting, air- conditioning, and sound from different preset situations: relax, waking up, leaving home or watching TV. (6) Energy saving – It will allow you to monitor electricity and water cosumption and at the same time managing the temperature of each area of the house. (2) CCTV – Controllo visivo locale e remoto di tutte le stanze della casa attraverso un circuito TV chiuso. (3) Allarmi tecnici – Avviso in caso di perdite di acqua e gas e interruzioni di corrente e azioni di sicurezza preimpostate. (4) Ripristino automatico / Stop & Go salvavita. Ripristino automatico dell’interruttore automatico dopo sovraccarichi o scariche elettriche improvvise dovute alle condizioni atmosferiche. ALARM SYSTEM | The SEED alarm technology is your security. Intrusion, gas leakage, power cuts are no more a problem also when away from home: (1) Burglar alarm – Protects all rooms and all accesses. A warning message by telephone, mobile, text-message or e-mail is made to a preset number or mail address. (2) CCTV – Local and remote visual check of all rooms in your home through a closed TV circuit. (3) Technical alarms – Warning in case of water and gas leaks and power cuts, and preset safety actions. (4) Automatic reset / Lifesaving Stop & Go. Automatic circuit breaker reset after overloads or sudden electric discharge due to weather conditions.
